Inspired by the time he worked at his father’s optician's, in Caldas da Rainha, Ramiro Paulino created the new model Saudade. Representing the memories he has of that time, the eighties, Paulino stopped working at the store in 1989 to come to Lisbon, however the moments lived at that time marked him until today. Although no longer with us, the father of Paulino Spectacles’ founder is a very important influence on him, either in continuing the family tradition or providing the inspiration to continue designing the brand's collection. The Saudade frame represents the passion for his father, the story lived together and the enormous longing that still causes!
